9:30–9:45 a.m. — Toastmaster Presentation #2 - Kenny Thyssen, “TITLE TBD”
9:45–10:00 a.m. — Toastmaster Presentation #3 - Grace Zhu, "TITLE TBD"
10:00–10:15 a.m. — Toastmaster Presentation #4 - VACANT
10:15–10:30 a.m. — Refreshment and Networking Break
10:30–11:15 a.m. — Table Topics: The Toastmasters Experience
Guests and members are invited to participate in short, fun impromptu speaking activities. Prizes to be awarded to the Best Speeches! Participation is encouraged, but always optional.
11:15–11:30 a.m. — Evaluations and Educational Feedback
Experienced Toastmasters explain how supportive evaluations help speakers recognize their strengths and continue improving.
11:30–11:45 a.m. — Breaking New Ground: Beginning Your Toastmasters Journey
Learn about how you can begin your Toastmasters membership journey. This section includes information about new member orientation opportunities, educational paths, speech contests and leadership opportunities within District 21 Toastmasters British Columbia & Yukon and beyond!
11:45 a.m.–12:00 p.m. — Audience Reflections and Morning Wrap-Up
Get a chance to ask questions with our District Leadership team.

12:00–12:30 p.m. — Lunch and Networking
Connect with Toastmasters members, club leaders and fellow guests.
12:30–1:00 p.m. — District 21 Toastmasters Awards & Recognition for 2025-2026
Come celebrate and show your support to fellow Toastmasters who stepped up and showed up last year in our 2025-2026 through goal and achievement recognition!
12:45–1:00 p.m. — Sign-in and registration for Round 2 Club Officer Training (COT)
Sign at the registration desk during this time at the Black Box theatre for those attending Round 2 COT training only.
1:00–3:00 p.m. — Round 2 Club Officer Training (COT) All-in-One Format
Open to all current club officers, club executive teams and those interested in club officer roles in the near future. Format will be all-in-one style in-person at the Black Box Theatre.
3:00-4:00 p.m. — Closing Remarks and Final Networking
